Oliviero Perni is co-founder of the Firm.
He graduated in law and was admitted to the Milan Bar in 1987 as well as to the Register of the Supreme Court in 2001 and to the
Register of Auditors.
His professional training has developed within the tax departments of the main leading international auditing firms.
His areas of specialization are, mainly, the domestic and international taxation of companies - he also takes care of the aspects
related to direct taxes and VAT- the tax litigation in domestic taxation, the process of definition of tax disputes through tax assessment
settlement, conciliation, mutual agreement and arbitration procedures. He also assists clients at all levels of courts before the Supreme
Court and deals with issues related to the Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
He acts as auditor in several multinational companies and he is a member of supervisory bodies under Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
He's also a member of the Tax Commission of the Bar of Milan.
